Under the “Green Entrepreneurship for Active Citizenship” project, Samridha Commune Development Centre held a discussion with students of Jana Priya Secondary School, Devdaha-10, Rupandehi on the concept and importance of an Eco Club.
Facilitated by Bishnu Giri, the session introduced students to the role of Eco Clubs in promoting environmental awareness, leadership, and student participation in green initiatives. The discussion covered practical areas such as waste management, school cleanliness, plantation activities, and awareness building.
Students actively shared their thoughts and showed strong interest in contributing to a greener and more sustainable school environment. The interaction served as an important step in encouraging youth leadership and strengthening environmental responsibility at the school level.
